With 50% of the global population now living in cities, the ownership and management of urban real estate is an ever growing business. Our Real Estate degree prepares you for a career as a chartered surveyor.

You will acquire the knowledge and skills required to develop, own and manage real estate assets. You will study:

  • development
  • investment
  • management
  • planning
  • construction
  • valuation
  • the economics and law that underpin the property market.

You will learn to apply this knowledge to real world problems. In your final year you’ll have a residential field trip to study a chosen city.
